We hire across a few different contract types — full-time, part-time, per-project, and commission-based — and payout depends on which one applies to your role. Commission-based work (our most common arrangement) is tracked automatically through our system and paid via Wise on a net-30 basis, e.g. what you earn in a given month is paid on the 30th of the following month. Full-time and part-time pay follows a standard payroll schedule, confirmed when you're hired.
It depends on the role. Most of our openings are commission-based or per-project, which are remote and flex entirely around your own schedule. Full-time and part-time contracts are also available, but those are in-person only, based out of our office in Suffolk, United Kingdom.
