Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Creator Kit Golf ("we", "us") collects, why, and how it's handled. Creator Kit Golf is operated by LWB Media, based in the United Kingdom. We sell to customers worldwide, so this policy is written to meet UK GDPR and, for customers located in the EU, the EU GDPR — both give you substantially the same rights, set out in Section 6 below. If you're located elsewhere, including the United States, your local law may give you additional or different rights; where that's the case, this policy doesn't limit them.

1. What We Collect

2. Third Parties We Use

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy in addition to this one. None of these providers are permitted to use your data for anything other than providing their service to us.

3. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your exported scorecards, footage, or images for any purpose beyond generating the file for you — nothing you create in the tool is uploaded to us or stored on our servers; it's generated directly in your browser.

4. Legal Basis For Processing

We process your data on the following bases under UK GDPR and, where it applies to you, EU GDPR: contract (to provide the account and service you've signed up for), legitimate interest (to keep the service secure and improve it), and consent where you've explicitly opted in (e.g. optional profile fields).

5. How Long We Keep Data

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

6. Where Your Data Is Processed

We're based in the UK, but the third parties in Section 2 that process data on our behalf (Memberstack, Stripe) operate internationally, which can mean your data is processed outside the UK or EU, including in the United States. Where that happens, those providers maintain their own safeguards for international transfers (such as the EU/UK Standard Contractual Clauses) under their respective privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR and, where it applies to you, EU GDPR, you have the right to:

If you're a resident of a US state with its own privacy law (for example California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have similar rights under that law, including the right to know what data we hold and to request its deletion — as noted in Section 3, we don't sell personal data, so there's nothing to opt out of there.

To exercise any of these rights, email team@creatorkit.golf.

8. Cookies

We use authentication cookies (via Memberstack, to keep you signed in) — these are strictly necessary for the site to work and aren't optional. If you follow an affiliate's referral link (a URL containing "?ref="), and you accept the cookie notice shown on your first visit, we also set one additional cookie (ck_ref) that remembers which affiliate referred you for up to 60 days, so we can automatically credit them if you subscribe — this is the only non-essential cookie we use, and it's never set without your consent; if you decline, or don't follow a referral link, it's never written. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

9. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
