This policy explains how refunds work for Creator Kit Golf, operated by LWB Media (UK), for customers wherever you're located. It applies to the Day Pass, Creator plan, and Agency plan.
Because Creator Kit Golf is a digital service, access to the templates, export tools, and the copyright usage license described in our Terms is granted in full the moment payment is processed — there is no free trial and no cooling-off period. Please decide whether the service is right for you before checking out, as set out below.
If you're a consumer in the UK or EU, this reflects your own choice: distance-selling law in both regions normally gives you a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within 14 days, but that right doesn't apply once you've expressly asked for the service to begin right away and acknowledged that doing so ends your right to cancel — which is exactly what happens when you complete checkout for immediate access, as described here.
The Day Pass is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants immediate access to the full template library and export tools for a 24-hour window. Because access is granted in full at the moment of purchase, Day Pass purchases are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
When a subscription payment is taken, that payment covers the billing period it relates to. Subscription payments are non-refundable — this includes partial months, unused time after cancelling partway through a billing period, and payments taken before you request cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period — you'll retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Why no refunds: unlike a physical product, access to the templates, export tools, and the copyright usage license described in our Terms is granted in full the moment payment is processed. By completing checkout and purchasing a subscription or a Day Pass, you're requesting immediate access to this digital service, and acknowledging that this access cannot be "returned" once granted.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If the service is faulty, not as described, or not delivered with reasonable care and skill, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — this policy does not and cannot remove those rights. If you're located outside the UK, you may have equivalent statutory protections under the consumer law of your own country (for example, EU consumer protection law); this policy is not intended to, and cannot, limit those either.
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first at team@creatorkit.golf before raising a chargeback with your bank — we're generally able to resolve billing questions directly and much faster than a formal dispute process.
