These terms govern your use of Creator Kit Golf, operated by LWB Media, based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Creator Kit Golf is a browser-based tool for generating broadcast-style golf scorecard graphics and overlays. Templates and export tools run in your browser — footage and scorecard data you enter are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. The Studio editor is designed and supported for use on a desktop or laptop web browser. On mobile devices, Studio is limited to account management, plan and billing management, and contact support — the scorecard-building tools themselves are not available on mobile.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to use a paid plan.
Limit of one account per person. Each person, and each YouTube channel, may be associated with only one Creator Kit Golf account. Creating multiple accounts to claim sign-up offers, discount codes, or other promotions more than once is not permitted, and we may verify a linked YouTube channel against other accounts on file to enforce this. We reserve the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate accounts and revoke any promotional benefit obtained this way.
Any "Most Popular" designation shown on a plan reflects actual subscriber data at the time it was measured, not a fixed claim — it was last calculated on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026, and may be recalculated periodically as our plan lineup and subscriber mix change.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account Dashboard; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
The Creator plan is licensed for use on one channel, across every platform that channel operates on (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.). The Agency plan licenses multiple channels under one account. Using a Creator plan across multiple unrelated channels is outside the scope of your license. A given YouTube channel can only be verified and linked to one Creator Kit Golf account at a time — see Section 2 above.
Once you've added a valid YouTube channel to your account, that channel is exempt from copyright claims made by us on your use of our scorecard and overlay graphics specifically. This does not cover other content in your videos (music, other footage, etc.), which remains your responsibility. If your membership ends, this exemption continues to apply to anything you exported while your membership was active, even though no new content is licensed going forward.
You own the videos and content you create using our exports. We retain ownership of the underlying template designs, graphics, and software.
Some plans and one-off purchases include a custom scorecard design, built for you by our team rather than selected from the existing template library.
You agree not to: share a single account/license across multiple unrelated channels beyond what your plan permits; attempt to circumvent access controls or licensing checks; resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates or software itself; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
If you participate in our affiliate program, separate commission and conduct terms apply, available via your affiliate dashboard. Self-referrals and fraudulent code use are prohibited and may result in forfeited commissions and account termination.
If your content uses one of our scorecard, leaderboard, or dual overlays, we may feature that content — including your channel name and clips — on our own social media accounts or website as an example of our work. We'll only showcase videos that actually use our overlays, not your content generally.
Because our overlays appear in the finished footage, our parent company, LWB Media, may also link to videos containing our scorecard, leaderboard, or dual overlays from its own video-editing portfolio and listings (including on platforms such as YTJobs), without needing to request your permission first, as the overlay itself is our work being showcased.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or if we are no longer able to operate the Creator Kit Golf service. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time; if you cancel, you may lose access to the service, including any custom scorecard design, from that point on.
If we decide to stop providing Creator Kit Golf entirely, we will either give you at least 30 days' notice before shutting the service down, or refund you the unused, remaining portion of your current subscription period — at our choice.
The service is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We sell to customers worldwide, but this choice of law doesn't take away any protection you're entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country you live in, where those laws would otherwise apply and can't be contracted out of.
Questions about these terms can be sent to team@creatorkit.golf.
