How to Add a Golf Scorecard Overlay in Premiere Pro

A Creator Kit Golf export is just a plain transparent PNG, so bringing it into your edit takes the same handful of steps every time: import it, stack it above your footage, resize it, and export. Here's exactly how to do that.

1. Import your exported PNG. In Premiere Pro, go to File → Import (or double-click an empty spot in the Project panel) and select the scorecard PNG you exported from Creator Kit Golf — either a single overlay or one of the files from your exported ZIP's per-hole folders.
2. Add a new video track above your footage. In the timeline, right-click the track header area and choose Add Track, or just drag the PNG from the Project panel to the space above your existing video track — Premiere will create a new track automatically.
3. Drop the overlay onto the new track. Drag the scorecard PNG onto the new track, directly above the clip you want it to appear over, then trim its length in/out points to match how long you want the overlay visible.
4. Resize and position it. Select the clip, open the Effect Controls panel, and adjust Scale and Position under Motion. Because the export is a transparent PNG, everything outside the scorecard itself stays fully see-through — no masking or keying needed.
5. Preview and adjust. Scrub the playhead across the clip to confirm the overlay reads clearly against your footage. If you exported in Cropped HUD mode the graphic will already be sized for a corner placement; Full Frame exports are sized to fill the whole frame, useful for a full-screen scorecard reveal.
6. Export as normal. Export your sequence the same way you always do (File → Export → Media) — the overlay is baked into the frame like any other layered clip, no special settings required.
